City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes November 17, 2020 Mayor Knickman called the regular council meeting to order on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Kuhlman, Schauer, Gunia, Casperson. Motion by Gunia second by Schauer to approve the agenda. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Gunia to approve minutes from October 13th regular meeting and October 27 special meeting. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Casperson second by Gunia to approve payment of bills. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Kuhlman second by Casperson to approve consent agenda items: Building Permits- Ten Point Construction, Town & Country, Kevin Bruck and Christenson Agri Service All in favor, motion carried. Paula Evans gave a report on the library. Motion by Gunia second by Schauer to accept bid from Integrated Industrial Systems for a control pump. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Schauer to approve sludge leveling and testing. All in favor, motion carried. Meredith VanHouten, asked the City Council what time they would like the meetings changed to it was agreed upon 7pm, it will be on next months agenda. Motion by Casperson second by Gunia to appoint Joe Burroughs to the vacant council seat. Ayes: Gunia, Casperson Nays: Schauer, Kuhlman. Motion failed. Motion by Schauer second by Casperson to appoint Damon Hopkins to the vacant council seat. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Casperson to adjourn at 7:30pm.
