The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse at 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment application submitted by Kenneth Stein. The amendment will change the zoning of 2.3 acres from A-1 Ag to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in part of the SE ¼ SE ¼ & SW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 27, Township 80N and Range 41 West. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 10:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
