The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse at 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment application submitted by Abe Sandquist. The amendment will change the zoning of 33 acres from A-1 Ag to ACS Ag Commercial Service. The property is located in part of the SE ΒΌ of Section 35, Township 80N and Range 42 West. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 10:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment and minor subdivision.
