The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse at 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment application submitted by John Wohlers. The amendment will change the zoning of 9.42 acres from A-1 Ag to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in part of the SE ¼ SW ¼ of Section 32, Township 78N and Range 43 West. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on March 27, 2025 at 9:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
