The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse at 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Brit Liljedahl. The amendment is to rezone 2 acres from A-1 to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in the SW ¼ SW ¼ & SE ¼ SW /14 of Section 11, Township 78 N and Range 45 W. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2025 at 9:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
