The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment application submitted by Todd Cohrs. The amendment will change the zoning of approximately 2 acres from A-1 to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in part of the SE ¼ SW ¼ of Section 24, Township 80 N and Range 43 W.
