Public Notice Notice of Election To the taxpayers and landowners in the Upper Boyer Drainage District in Harrison County, Iowa. You and each of you are notified that an election will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Courthouse (2nd floor) in Logan, Iowa to elect one trustee board member. A Trustee will be elected for a three-year term, ending January, 2027. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Absentee ballots are available upon written request or you may vote in the Auditor’s office, 2nd floor, Harrison County Courthouse.
