McNeil has been transferred to the St. Patrick Parish in Council Bluffs for a six-year term. He previously served as pastor at St. Patrick's in Dunlap and Sacred Heart in Woodbine. Rev. Samuel Danso has been assigned to these parishes for a six-year term after serving as pastor for the Sacred Heart Parish (Chariton), St. Francis Parish (Corydon) and St. Brendan Parish (Leon).
