NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the city of Dunlap, Iowa proposes to borrow $78,688.59 from Community Bank, Dunlap, Iowa, payable in even installments over a period of 5 years from city sewer/water revenues. The loan will bear interest at the rate of 5.250% semiannual and the proceeds will be used to purchase a new Bobcat with attachments Notice is further given that a public hearing on that proposal will be held 6:45pm before the regular meeting of the city council at the Community Room, City Hall 716 Iowa Ave on the 9th Day of April, 2025.
