NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT TO: John Olmstead and Ashlee Olmstead, 203 Y Street, Apt. 4, Dunlap, IA 51529 You and each of you are hereby notified: 1. The written contract dated January 27, 2017, and executed by Thomas R. Schumate, Sr. and Laura A. Schumate as vendors, and John Olmstead and Ashlee Olmstead as vendees, recorded on February 6, 2017, in the office of the Harrison County Recorder, in Book 2017 Page 0265, for the sale of the following described real estate: East Half of Lot 21 and all of Lot 22 in Block 21, all in the Town of Dunlap, Harrison County, Iowa has not been complied with in the following particulars: a) Failure to Pay Contract Payment and Late Fee for December, 2020 $450.00 b) Failure to Pay Contract Payment and Late Fee for January, 2021 $450.00 Total $900.00 1. The contract shall stand forfeited unless the parties in default, within 30 days after the completed service of this notice, shall perform the terms and conditions in default, and in addition pay the reasonable costs of serving this notice. 2.
