The Iowa State Patrol will be conducting a traffic safety initiative on U.S. Highway 30 in Harrison County on Saturday, Feb. 20, weather permitting.
According to Trooper Shelby McCreedy, District 4, Iowa State Patrol, troopers will focus on speed and seat belt use.
McCreedy added that troopers are particularly interested in reducing the number of accidents on Highway 30 between Logan and Missouri Valley.
