Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications project proposed at near Racine Trail, Woodbine, Iowa 51579 (41º 46’ 53.47” N, 95º 41’ 37.46” W), with respect to Environmental Effects and potential effects to historic properties located at or near this facility, if any. The project will consist of the construction of a new 300-foot lattice tower (306-foot overall) with the associated compound and access road.
