The Harrison County Humane Society located in Logan has officially opened the doors to its new location. A grand opening event was held at the new location, 108 N 5th Ave, on Jan. 14.

The Harrison County Humane Society had friendly volunteers to greet those attending the open house and show community members around the new space.

The Humane Society had cupcakes and beverages available for those attending the open house and were excited to show off the features the new building has to offer. Volunteers shared that the old building will still operate as an admittance and recovery location for animals just arriving at the Humane Society. They also shared that the new building will be used to house animals ready for adoption.
