Buster Keaton, or “The Great Stone Face,” as he was known for his deadpan comedy expression was a star of silent films. His back-to-back films from 1920-1929 were proof of his dedication to his craft and his hard work did not go unnoticed. The great film critic, Roger Ebert, once called him one of the greatest actor/directors in the history of filmmaking. His career was so legendary that the American Film Institute named him the 21st best male actor in the history of Hollywood.
