City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes June 8, 2022 Mayor Pro Tem Gunia called the Public Hearing on conveyance of the North 50 feet of Lots 14, 15, and 16 in Block 20 in the Town of Dunlap, Harrison County, Iowa to Diane Kuhlman on Wednesday, June 8 at 6:45 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursant to law with the following council members present: Gunia, Casperson, Schauer, Kuhlman; absent: Skarin. Mayor Pro Tem Gunia opened the Public Hearing, there were no written or verbal comments received at the public hearing. Mayor Pro Tem Gunia closed the public hearing. Motion by Schauer second by Casperson to adjourn at 6:47pm. All in favor, motion carried. These minutes will be approved at the next regular council meeting.
