City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes April 21, 2021 Mayor Pro-Tem Gunia called the special council meeting to order on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6:45 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Hopkins, Gunia, Casperson, Schauer; absent: Kuhlman. Motion by Casperson second by Schauer to approve the agenda. All in favor, motion carried. At 6:47 Mayor Knickman entered the meeting. Motion by Hopkins second by Casperson to approve Resolution 2021-03 FY22 Budget and levy at the rate of 15.93717. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Casperson second by Gunia to approve a building permit for Devyn & Max Lawrence. All in favor, motion carried. Mayor Knickman let the Council know that the Police applicant did not pass the physical agility test, so we need to have a special meeting on April 28th at 7pm. Motion by Schauer second by Casperson to adjourn at 6:52pm. All in favor, motion carried. These minutes will be approved at the next regular council meeting.
