Several Boyer Valley parents, at the May 19 board meeting, confronted alleged misconduct by the district’s scholarship committee.
Each speaker was allotted two minutes to speak during the open forum, but Board President Elizabeth Heistand asked citizens to refrain from using names and further discouraged any personal attacks.
