BOYER VALLEY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - SPECIAL MEETING – SEPTEMBER 14, 2021 6:30 P.M. – GYMNASIUM, BOYER VALLEY NORTH CALL TO ORDER: President Elizabeth Heistand called the special meeting of the Boyer Valley Board of Education to order at 6:34 p.m. Members answering roll call were Ken Dunham, Steve Puck, Candace Ueding, Elizabeth Heistand and Craig Malone. Director Cogdill was absent. Administrators present: Supt. Kurt Brosamle, Principal Mike Weber and Secretary Terra Sell. APPROVAL AGENDA/MINUTES: A motion by Dunham, second by Ueding to approve the agenda as published. Motion carried 5-0. The purpose of this meeting was to present information regarding the bond issue on the ballot for the upcoming election and to allow for community input. No board action was taken. A motion by Ueding, second by Dunham to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0. With no further business appearing before the board, President Heistand declared the meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. These minutes are as recorded by the board secretary and subject to approval at the next regular board meeting.
