Antidegradation Alternatives Analysis for the City of Dunlap, Iowa Notice Date: June 26, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the City of Dunlap, Iowa has completed a draft Anti-Degradation Alternatives Analysis for discharge of treated wastewater to the Boyer River. The action being considered is construction of a Continuous Aerated Lagoon treatment system with ultraviolet disinfection at the existing WWTP site. The Boyer River is protected for Class A1 primary contact recreational and Class B (WW-1) warm water beneficial uses. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed treatment alternative must do so in writing within 30 days of the date shown at the top of this notice.
