A Community Development Block Grant for Affordable Family Homes has been awarded to the City of Woodbine and Nustyle Development. The official announcement from Iowa Economic Development Authority outlines the award as a gap funding tool for constructing 40 affordable family homes, as well as the addition of infrastructure to support the new housing at Harvest Hills subdivision located on the west edge of Woodbine.
